  Zac, Rick, and the whole electrical crew from Service Professor were really awesome to work with! I recently purchased a home that had hazardous and outdated electrical (some federal pacific, two sub panels improperly installed). Service Professor gave me multiple quotes to choose from regarding my options for service. I decided to upgrade my whole system to 200 amp in the garage with proper grounding and surge protector with a consolidated 100 amp panel in the basement. They arrived on-time, with a sizeable crew (who were all very friendly and respectful), and were able to complete the whole service upgrade in one day! Their work looks tidy, sturdy, and professionally installed. They also labeled all the breakers for me. I'm really really impressed with their work. I have tremendous peace of mind now knowing my electrical is safe and expandable for years to come. Thanks Zac and crew! Update: I also had Steve D and Zac come back to install a new pressure tank for our well system, as the old one started leaking. They showed up on time, were able to get the old one out, replaced, and running smoothly with a new one in just under 3.5 hours! No more leaks. This re-iterates my experience with Service Professor that they're what I'd hope all trades folk to be - upfront with pricing, on time, efficient, and professional in every aspect of their work. Thanks again!

  I would absolutely recommend Shayna Krupp from service professor! She was very polite and very professional she had no problems answering any of my questions or letting me know what was going on while she was working. She made great recommendations on potential repairs or issues and set up a new appointment for a camera service. All around 5 stars.

  I had an excellent experience with Tim while going over options for a new fuse box. Tim was knowledgeable, courteous, and made me feel very comfortable as customer. I highly recommend Service Professor! A follow up review to my original review. Service Professor did a fantastic job. My wife and I could not be any happier with the service they provided. Ben and Blake are awesome technicians that worked hard all day. I cannot say enough good things about Service Professor. Thanks again Tim, Blake & Ben!
