Essie and his helper Gavin provided exceptional service. They repaired/ installed heating duct work in my crawl space in the basement. They were on time, knowledgeable and friendly. Essie answered the questions I had and suggested a fix for a chimney issue service that I may need in the near future. If I decide to have this service the sale will be due to the knowledge provided by Essie. Thank you Essie and Gavin for going above and beyond my expectations. I had a new furnace/AC unit installed in December 2021 and the follow up email was great! I also love how this company text you a picture of the person that will be providing the service before they arrive at your house.

Really liked Gregory, the technician. Quick and easy annual furnace check, free with their membership program. Service Plus has done a lot of work for us. The technicians are always pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. When we had a problem in the past it was resolved quickly. Sometimes I feel like their repair charges are high, but I’m not sure they are higher than anyone else. I really like their ‘call when they are on the way’ policy and contact throughout the day giving us updates on expected arrival time.

The sales technician came out quickly and was very professional. He gave me several options and we decided on a tankless, which he explained very well. We got scheduled for install the next day and James came out and did a great job with install. Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly. He was also very respectful of our home and was a really nice guy. Very happy to have chosen this company!
