  We called Service Plumbing on Monday for a clogged mainline. Originally, the earliest they could get to us was on Thursday. Since, they were recommended by another service provider in the area, we agreed to wait. We were surprised when we got a call later Monday afternoon that they were in the area and could stop by. They had our mainline working in less than 30 minutes. They even repaired the outlet I ran over with the lawnmower 😁 which involved them leaving to get a part. The two gentlemen were so nice and knowledgeable. The best part is the price was very reasonable!

  After spending close to $7k for a septic tie in & top end, we noticed the vent line was never directed out of the building. When my wife tried to resolve the issue the person answering the phone acting psychotic, literally had a melt down over the phone. We tried reaching out to Jack (with no response) via phone call & email. The next day I call and I’m told we already paid for the work and they refused to come fix the issue. If I could give a 0 star I would. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

  Wonderful to work with! I'm nervous by nature and they were reassuring and professional. Fixed my busted pipe from February. I got blasted with the restored water pressure. Would use again.
