Steven did hook up and installation of my natural gas logs. Update from my review. The technician did a good job on installation of our gas logs, but then I received my bill. They wouldn't give me an itemized bill just a total with explanation of labor and parts. When I asked questions about it they gave me a breakdown between labor and parts, but they had added an additional hour and half into the labor (this was to the actual time at our our home). When I called to question this additional time a supervisor called me and told me that time was for the technician to go to the shop to pick up supplies and parts needed for the job. This additional time was on top of a service call fee that they were already charging. I've since canceled my service with them.

Had an issue with my unit going out. James showed up that evening and discussed all my options and answered every question perfectly. Sat with me through the entire process and was able to get a new unit installed the very next day. Amazing service and wonderful to deal with. Would recommend to everyone!
