  This was my first time using Service 360 Group and I can say everything was absolutely great. It starts with speaking to their customer service rep Shannon. She is a delight and really helped us out. She was able to set up a last minute service dispatch to get our furnace checked since we had no heat. When their service man arrived he was able to fix the problem very quick and educate us on what to do if it were to happen again. Ive called several other business to see if they service in the city and we had no luck but I came across Service 360 Group saw all the great reviews and now I can see they are completely true! I will continue using them for any future maintenance or house upgrades.

  I’ve been using Service 360 for residential and commercial services dating back to its CC&M days. Great family owned and operated business that has been consistently finding solutions to any issue. Ask for Griff for any heating and cooling problems. Very responsive and professional.
