  Zach came on time 8:20 am and by 1:30pm I had hot water again. My hot water heater went out the night b4 feb1 I called at 11pm I was told they were booked for the night and could come out between 8-10 Feb 2. I was so worried cause a snow storm was due to come in that night and I didn't want to be without hot water unable to travel. Zach got me fixed up with a new unit and worry free quickly I was amazed everything went smoothly.

  We are seriously impressed with 24-7. Our entire experience was 5 star. Angie, who took my call at about 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning, was very friendly and helpful. She said a tech would be coming to our home within the next 2 hours and he did. Dan arrived, got to work immediately, found and fixed the problem. He was thorough and explained everything clearly. We will definitely refer Seriously 24-7 and won’t hesitate to call them if we need a plumber in the future.

  Mark from 24-7 Plumbing came out to our house during a Winter snow storm to fix a busted water pipe from a sump pump in our crawlspace. Mark was wearing a mask, very professional and took the time to explain the repair after it was completed. Mark took pictures and educated me on what we need to do in the future in order to eliminate this issue from happening again. I called several other plumbing companies and Seriously 24-7 was the only company that was willing to take on this repair during a snow storm! I would highly recommend this company.
