  First off, I was having serious issues with my septic system to the point that everything was backing up. Sergeant's was about a week or two out before they could start the job. Nick offered to come by and pump my system just to try and get us by until then. Nick and his crew showed up a little early on the day they started the job. They were efficient and had everything well thought out and had it done that day. After a day or two I noticed I was starting to have trouble again with the toilet not flushing. I contacted Nick and he said it had to be the pipe under the house they tied into. He knew someone local who had a water boring system for cleaning drains. This person did this as a side business when he wasn't working his regular job. I had to drive over 2 hours to meet them there and by the time I got there the guy was finished and Nick took time out after work and went to my house to make sure everything went as planned. Any questions I have ever had I could call Nick and if he wasn't able to answer he would get right back to me. I can't say enough good things about Sergeants even when at times I had a situations that had me worried Nick would help me make sure things were right. They also did the job for less than the other 2 quotes I received which were almost impossible to get in the first place. I would highly recommend them.

  Had Nick and his crew out today to prep the ground for a new patio, and a shed pad. 5 hours, done well and quickly. Very, very professional, polite, willing to instruct those of us that don't know. Did a really good job and didn't leave a huge mess behind. All at a reasonable price.
