  I had a poor experience. They are quick to do the mitigation and demo, slow to do the work to put everything back together. They claim they will work with your insurance on your behalf. I was on the phone with the claims adjuster much more than I should have trying to mitigate between them due to SerClean's elevated repair prices. I do not recommend this company. The office staff doesn't seem to know what is going on and the owner only responds to texts. Due to us being unable to reach an agreement on the repairs, I am now looking for another contractor to put my home back together.

  Serclean was awesome! They helped us with a water damage in Hinesville. They arrived within an hour, dealt directly with our insurance company, and made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you Jody!
