  I called Billy and he came out and no question asked when I was free. I am in and out of town doing events so he set up an early time on the weekend. Came in and took care of my septic, he ran into an issue and fixed it without bothering me on a call. As we all know working from home can get hectic and he even replaced the dirt around the area and supplied a cap to my septic which I didn't have before, oops. He is awesome, professional, early riser and problem fixer. Thank you for the help and the remedy.

  Horrible customer service. Said he located my septic ALLEGED and charged me. Than drilled some holes in our concrete to find out it wasn't in the location he said it was. Supposed to meet him there to discuss and drove away and wouldn't even come to discuss the issue.... USE SOMEONE ELSE.. turned on the main trying to find the septic while we were doing plumbing work and flooded my garage. Super rude on the phone.

  Called on Thanksgiving day showed up, charged me $500.00 for a pump, (cash) when in fact all I had was a drain blockage. I fixed myself the next day for 50.00. He said I needed a $2200.00 Leach line cleaning. Watch out for this guy. Con man.
