  What an amazing company. I've had on and off issues with my septic tank backing up and I had used Septic Service LLC to pump my tank in the past. Their pump prices were better than others, and I finally decided to solve my backing up issue. As they started digging into it, there were roots that filled up about 90% of my outlet pipe. Just like a clogged artery. The entire crew was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Even the owner was on-site working. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for any maintenance and inspections I'll need.

  Had and issue with low septic flow. Called Septic Service and they came out in under half an hour. Identified the problem as blockage in the line to the leach field and I've scheduled them to come out and dig it up and fix it. They carefully explained what was going on to me, showed me how the line was blocked, and pumped both sides of the tank. Highly professional and courteous. They also showed me how that the solid side of the tank hadn't been pumped in over 10 years - despite my having had the tank pumped four years ago by Mortensen Plumbing. This is a vacation home and gets under 2 months of use a year, and is not a rental, so the tank should have been fine. If you're looking for honest septic service, I recommend Septic Service. UPDATE: Had Septic Service repair the clogged outlet piping to our drain field. Carlos and his crew were great. It was an extensive job, requiring 35' of pipe to be replaced, almost completely clogged with roots. They did the work promptly, requiring a backhoe and a lot of hard work. After they finished, they used an optical scope to verify that the system was clear all the way out to the drain field. Also installed two risers to make future access to the septic tank ports easier. The total price for the job was very reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Septic Service for any and all of your septic needs, they have the equipment and the expertise to take on any job.

  Called around the other local companies and could not get scheduled to get our tank pumped for a few weeks. These folks scheduled us for emergency service the same day, with in an hour! Boom.
