  They are absolutely terrible to the point of being criminal. They will sell you an incredibly pricey "warranty" so you never have to worry about your septic tank issues ever again, but what that really means is that they put you on their "do not answer, and do not call back" list. If you do catch them at a moment of weakness and the lying woman actually answers the phone, they will set an appointment and then just not show up and not answer the phone and the whole process starts over. Today we are giving up and calling another company. So, these dishonest folks win again. Stay away at all costs, Septic Express is basically a couple of crooks, a money and sewage collection truck and a ripoff waiting to happen to YOU!.

  We hired Septic Express to replace our septic system but they put the tank in wrong. We were referred by action septic pro and decided to go with them. They installed a new tank and drain field at a reasonable price (middle of 3 bids) and it worked great. But about 19 months after it was installed it stopped working, right around Thanksgiving, and sewage backed up into the house. They didn't call us back so we used another company to empty our tank and they showed us that our tank had partially collapsed. They also showed us that the tank inlet pipe had been put in too low which was why the sewage was backing up. We called 6 times but Septic Express never called us back if we said we had a complaint, though they returned one message where I said I just needed a new tank. They began screening our calls and became unresponsive..... Now we're stuck with a system that doesn't work and Septic Express won't stand behind their work. These guys aren't a good part of the community. Don't make the same mistake I did. Hire someone who'll stand behind what they do.

  Finally I have found an "Honest" and ethical Septic Tank Service Company. The technicians, Frank and Cody came out and were nothing but professional and helpful. They educated me on the issues I was facing with my system and did not try to do the typical Septic Tank Company pressure up sales. No phony horror stories to try and get me to buy services I don't need and no hidden charges for what they came to do in the first place. What a pleasure to finally do business with honest professionals in a field that is wrought with thieves and con artist. I will always recommend Septic Express to my friends and neighbors. Many thanks to Frank, Cody and Septic Express.
