  I have used Sentry for HVAC maintenance for 10 years with good results, so when one of my units needed to be replaced, I chose Sentry to install a new Carrier unit. I was most impressed.The install team arrived at my home at 7:30 a.m. and worked until 5:30 p.m. Joseph, Jamie and Alex were very professional. They were careful to wear shoe coverings when inside and cleaned up before they left. It was raining, so they put up a tent for the outside work. They were so quiet, I hardly knew they were in my home. They went over everything they did with me before they left. It was a great experience.

  My experience with Sentry was nothing but positive! From initial estimate to install, everyone was kind, worked quick and efficiently. We had Butch help us pick out the system we needed and then Jamie and Jordan installed. They were all SO nice and it was a pleasure working with each of them.

  Recent storms damaged the unit on our roof. Sentry was prompt in getting a service representative out to evaluate the damage, and it was determined that it could not be repaired. The new unit was installed within a reasonable time, and the crew, including Jamie and Alex, were very professional. Additionally, they made sure that our work day was disrupted as little as possible. Great job. I would highly recommend Sentry to anyone. Dr. Robert Russell
