  My family has been doing business with yours for a very long time and we didn't deserve to be treated the way you guys treated us. The first time I went in I made sure to buy a bunch of parts off you guys when I dropped the water test off. After cashing out you made a point to tell me if I used different parts then it would have cost less and I thought to myself why didn't this come up earlier. I told you over the phone I needed help finding that clip and it was new to me so instead of immediately dismissing me off you could have made suggestions or shown me how to find the part. I've spent a ton of money on my place the last six months and this isn't going to be the last place I work on. I dunno why you guys have chips on your shoulders but it's a shame this has came to this considering how long my family has been coming to your location. I'm sure you guys know how to get a hold of my grandfather and if you want to fix things then get a hold of him.
