  This company was recommended to me by our trusted plumber who discovered some water damage beneath our toilet. I called and spoke to Eric Hitt and knew I was in good hands right away. He was easy to talk to during a stressful time, answered all my panicked questions, and even schedule his project manager to come out the very next day. Cortland was assigned to us and I couldn't have been more pleased with him. He was extremely patient with me and my many more questions, explained the entire process (more than once!), discussed my options with me, and was unbelievably thorough with his inspection. He gained my immediate trust and was very professional from the moment we met until well beyond - answering my phone calls and texts promptly every time. After his inspection and deciding on the best course, Cortland scheduled his crew to come out the very next morning to begin treatment. The crew that came was extremely professional and did everything that you would want done when having someone into your home. They were up-to-date on exactly what was needing to be done and it was clear that their briefing was very detailed before arriving because I didn't need to relay anything. They were friendly and easy to talk to, patiently answered any questions I had along the way, wore masks and shoe coverings, laid down mats as a walkway for them as they went in and out to avoid any damage on our existing floor, and were also very thorough and efficient in their work. The crew that came to check and remove the equipment was just the same - amazing in every way. Joey and Jacob were super personable and were very diligent in leaving the space in the best shape possible, answering any questions I had left. Every single person I worked with during our water removal process was knowledgeable, friendly, patient with me and my questions, thorough, and overall awesome. I wish water damage on no one, but if you happen to find yourself in an unfortunate situation - call Semper Dry.   This company goes above and beyond to help customers and the crews are professional. I talked to the owner to get water damage services to help my grandmother and great grand mothers house after a hurricane and he did not waste any time helping that day. The growth of the company is evidence of the exceptional service Semper Dry will provide. If you choose Semper Dry they will fight for you to get the proper care to ensure your families health is highest priority. Insurance companies will lead you to believe you must use their own providers but it is your home and your choice. Semper dry is for the customers best interest and insurance companies will often do what they can to save some money. Even after you spend years paying your home insurance.   We had a devastating sump pump failure that caused our basement to flood. Nearly 2,000 square feet of finished basement which included our sons room. We were so happy to find a veteran owned company as we are veterans ourselves. We contacted Semper Dry for a quote and Nathaniel arrived within hours to assess the situation and prepare a quote. We cannot begin to express how wonderful our experience working with him was. Nathaniel is a consummate professional! He was very detailed, knowledgeable communicative. He went over every aspect of the process to ensure that we understood everything from start to finish. He was punctual and called to check in and confirm additional checks. We felt validated and truly cared for. Even our kids really like him! Our entire family will forever be grateful and appreciative for his help during this stressful situation.
