  I'm trying to figure out what these people do besides sit on their behinds gossiping and collecting a paycheck. There is literally no one here but me. It is well past lunch time. I have an appointment. But I've been sitting here waiting for 45 minutes. I've almost watched the entire SpongeBob movie while waiting to get my son's shots. TERRIBLE. And the receptionist couldn't possibly be anymore rude or unprofessional. Don't schedule me for a 1:20 appointment if you're not going to see us until 2:30. And I don't want to hear how busy you are when there is not a soul here and I've watched you guys repeatedly at the vending machine and on your phones. Once I finally got back, the nurse was great. The people in the front are terrible.

  I'm still not sure some people understand what the point of making an appointment is. Made a shot appointment for my lovely infant at 9:40.It is 9:50 and I haven't even been checked in yet. Will update as necessary because I have nothing better to do while waiting. Almost 10:15 the staff is great and calm, and I'm checked in as of now and waiting. I will also say it is close to the beginning of school so that affects it also.

  FYI: they are only open Monday-Wednesday- Friday. They have not updated their website and the voice messaging system does not give that information either. Just says call during normal business hours. I drove over 40 minutes to get here.😔 I will say customer service was exceptional when I called yesterday.
