The best staff ever!!! From the store manager to the sales rep. From the time I walked into the door to the time I left they all made us feel so welcome. I dont usually shop for chain saws pole.saws or lawn equipment but I was wanting to get my husband a chain saw for when he got home from out of town. And with there help I found the perfect chain saw and the price was not bad at all. I have been back in several times. Even just to say hello and see how things have been going!!! I would recommend everyone give them.a chance. They have a little bit of everything..

Went in yesterday to buy 2 push mowers. I was told that they did not have any in stock and for whatever reason they could not sell me the displays that were on the floor. That they would have to order it and I would have to wait for it to come in. Haha. No worries Tractor supply had one for me and Atwoods had the other one

Very nice people to deal with.  They didn't have what I was looking for at the time, but they did let me know when it would arrive at the store.  When I asked about the product they went out of their way to find out the details that I would need to compare like products. I have shopped at this location several times over the years and have always been very happy with the service. They also had a good sale on refrigerators.  I will see you on Friday.

We have a sears home store in Canton TX where I bought a new washer and dryer combo. At the time of purchase, I paid for the extended warranty. for the last two years, I've contacted the store for them to perform the annual maintenance check up and do not get calls back to schedule it. Fast forward to two weeks ago. Approximately 2 weeks ago, I started to notice a foul odor coming from the washing machine. After searching online for possible solutions, I found that this is a known issue with this model and would require a technician to repair. I called the local store initially to schedule a service call, I called the 800 number, and I tried online chat. The local store clerk - Sears Home Store in Canton TX - keeps taking my number down and says they call call back. I have yet to hear from them. When I called the 800 number, I tried the automated system to schedule - I held for approximately 30 minutes before I gave up - there was never an answer. I then spoke to someone through their online chat system. The agent recommended I run vinegar through the wash cycle 2-3 times then suggested I call back to schedule the annual maintenance after "I repair the machine." the agent through the online chat system continued to ask me if the washer was working, i stated yes. She stated she would only schedule a repair IF the washer was broken, not for the odor. I have yet to hear from someone to schedule either a repair or annual maintenance.

UPDATE:
Nikki - who I believe is the owner - did get in touch with us and did get a sears service man to come. Thank you Nikki for your support. Unfortunately the sears technician did nothing other than stick his head inside the tub and agree there was an odor. He didn’t attempt to repair it even though there is a known issue listed on multiple websites. While I would now recommend this store - I would not recommend wasting any money on an extended warranty from Sears as they did not attempt to resolve the issue. Sears service is severely lacking and a huge disappointment.

This store is the greatest! Nikki and her employees are so knowledgeable about all of the products and she was able to provide valuable information to aid in our decision making. She even let us store our purchases with her until our kitchen remodel is completed!

We will most definitely shop here again and will recommend this store to our family and friends - thank you!

I've been looking at refrigerators for a long time, and I finally decided to purchase one through our hometown Sears. Nikki was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly as we made our final decision. We ended up buying a very nice Kenmore refrigerator, that my entire family loves! Chris was our delivery man & was very patient & professional, as he had to remove the doors and the temperature control system just to get it through our doors & into our kitchen. Thank you Nikki and Chris!

I honestly have not been in since I had a falling out with sears corporate. But since this is family owned and operated I'll let yall decide  how it is. But for me sears corporate is who gets this one star not the location.

Very unprofessional and no customer service skills. Not to mention having a sale %30 off with none of the items in the ad
