I contacted sears to repair my LG fridge that stopped cooling after 6.5 years. They were able to schedule me for an appt 3 weeks later but indicated the tech would have available parts for my model and fix it day of appt. So I waited and suffered with a 3 cubic foot dorm fridge for 3 weeks. Day of the appointment at 3:30ish pm I get a text that my appt was now rescheduled for another 3 weeks later! After calling them it turns out the tech was over booked and instead of pushing back all the other appointments they treated me like a new service request and pushed me out yet another 3 weeks! Talk about customer service! I canceled my appt and decided to buy a new fridge! Horrible customer service! Beware! Also, I called an ACTUAL LG Certified repair tech over 100 miles away and was told straight up that LG is terrible and even after replacing the compressor in 7 previous LG fridge repairs, the fridge just won't hold up after a month or so. Sears could care less about giving you straight up info as long as you spend some money on them!

No one shows for the scheduled appointments or gets rescheduled, this has been going on since January 2020,I have a warranty on it. No help.
