Tim was friendly and helpful! Although I didn't get the diagnosis I wanted, he was straightforward and explained the issue thoroughly. I'm glad to know I have a trusted "appliance guy" now. Will definitely call again if I need any appliance help/ repairs.

Our icemaker stopped making ice so I ordered one from a reliable source for $46. It didn’t work so I call Mr Seagle. He said those parts are not reliable and did I want him to order one. Not being a repairman I said I guess. What do I know. So $172 for a new one he ordered and $90 service call, it still doesn’t work. He said it could be a sensor but did not check for anything else. Told me to get a countertop icemaker from SAMs. I watched a video on how to check the sensor. I ordered one from Amazon for $15. My husband put it in. Still no ice. So my husband said he was taking that new icemaker out and put our old one back in. We had ice within an hour. New expensive one never worked and he won’t give us any compensation back. His receipt says “no refunds on special orders” but the thing never worked even with the new sensor. Being the expert he should have checked to see exactly what was wrong. He told me I didn’t pay him to do that. Didn’t know I had a choice. Very disappointed with this place. Out over $262 for nothing but an expensive new ashtray.

U call for price on a ice maker ice maker said you u bought one from Amazon an it didn't work an u was told all special order parts is not Refundable an got what u ask for you was told it might not be the problems for your ice maker to not work an u insisted order u a new ice maker an u got a discount to drive way out my service area to install got don't like lies
