      The Chief Appraiser doesnt even have a college degree. Most unethical liar for hire ever encountered in my career. Forced me to combine 2 hearings into one. Two appraisers double teaming me at once. I am a senior citizen. Railroaded. I am appealing to District Court then will sue the Scurry County Appraisal district. These people belong in a prison.
