  A friend recommend this company so I decided to give him a call. I called Scotty for a quote, and he flat out told me no. He was upset that the company that wanted the work done had called him for a quote previously and decided against using his company ( This was another store that I had no idea even called him). He claims it was because " we got it somewhere cheaper" Advised him that it is in fact based on our recommendation and not the price (cheaper is not always better, you know the old saying " You get what you pay for") Apparently we made the right decision to stay away as his attitude was horrendous and his customer service skills were non existent. It is clear to me why the other location went with another company.

  I'm sorry but I'm not in the business to give free estimates repeatedly to customers that never use us but only want three estimates so they can choose the cheapest of the three. We have been in business for 20 yrs. and have had only 2 or 3 customers we could not satisfy. I'm truly sorry you are one of those customers.
