  They were supposed to come in and unstop my sink in my bathroom. After different attempts C****said he didn’t know what was wrong and I might have to have a more expensive approach done. I told him I had just had both bathrooms completely redone and there was not anyway I was was going to have a wall taken down to get to the plumbing. I would get another opinion. Then he said as he was about to leave well let me try one more thing do you have a plunger? I said yes. I gave it to him and he was able to unstop the sink with the plunger. I was very happy and he seemed to be also. The problem ? Scott’s Climate sent me a 700 dollar and change bill saying a lot of work was done and it was not. We have discussed this many times and they still expect me to pay which is not going to happen. I asked them many questions such as why was it he could not get the sink unstopped until I said I would call someone else? Why are they charging me for work not done? How come he only knew right before he was going to leave that he could use a plunger to unstop the sink? None of the questions have been answered. Also the sink still drains slow so the problem was not even fixed. At this point I’m not paying.

  Scott's Climate Control warranties all work performed. A condition of that warranty is the opportunity to inspect or address issues or discrepancies. This opportunity was denied. Please contact Danyel at 229-1409. We would still love to come out and resolve this issue head on.

  Aaron did a great job he knew what he was doing at all times and went straight to the problem and found a leak in the new part came back the next day and replaced the bad part with the new one that came in that day replaced it and set up all pressures rechecked everything ran the system rechecked again. NEVER had a technical do so good to make sure of everything to be right before running it. I will always ask for Aaron when I need a heat/ac technical again his the best I have ever seen thanks for sending him out for me.

  Scott’s Climate Control is fantastic. The guys did an exceptional job. Fast, friendly and even came earlier than scheduled. Gave great recommendations to keeping my unit running the best that it can. Would recommend to anyone.
