  Terrible communication. Called on Monday for a simple leaking drain. They said someone would be out to look at it Thursday or Friday. Called on Thursday, they said maybe next Monday.....called Prospector Plumbing and they sent someone out who solved the problem within an hour and cost less than $100.

  They were able to help fix an emergency repair after hours when main plumber was not available. Great job done in good time.

  Yes, I hired a plumber because he has his dog on his Facebook page... Jason was booked up but was able to squeeze me in a week before Christmas. My kitchen sink was not functional! He replaced both corroded shutoff valves and assisted me in accessing my faucet cartridge for a vinegar soak. He even returned after the holiday to tighten up a tiny leak on one line. I was almost embarrassed for even letting him know about it. He made me feel comfortable,and encouraged me to call again if I had another drip. His charge was well below other companies for similar services reviewed elsewhere. I will definitely use their services in the future.
