  Came out to my house which was helpful and was respectful and it cost me 130 for 10 mins of your time to tell me my pump is bad my tank needs to be replaced and all the piping is wrong pushing me up to 1600 glad I paid attention we had a family friend come out in their busy day nothing was wrong with our pump or tank the pipes were bad and needed replacing all in all was 340 and I respectfully called and canceled and a tech still showed up and was rude to the tech that was already here " saying these people are gana pay me" I will not recommend to anyway what a rip off. Trying to take advantage of new home owners money. After reply you clearly have poor customer service because you're very rude and don't take criticism very well. And to think you believe this is out here helping you get business....thats a shame. You're a very negative person you have no idea what my money situation is but instead you choose to attack me. If you're in the business of ripping people off that's great for you I wish you the best but I will not recommend you to anyone. That so called relative that your company spoke so rudly too when you came has a business...so for you to say they did the best they could is disgusting. And to complain that you had to drive out to parkton which you got paid 130bucks for. I was in your service area so for you to complain about your drive is all around stupid You're a very ugly person good luck on future businesses

  That’s a fair price. You could hav brougythe pump to me and it would have been free but you asked us to driv out to Parkton. Clearly you just didn’t have the money to get it repaired professionally and had a relative fix it for you the best they could, that’s not our fault.

  Can not say that the rep from this company was the most professional. Came out after hours looked at my well told me I needed a total pump, pump tank, switches and all wiring replaced. Had 70 feet galvanized pipe down to pump (I measured). When the rep noticed it was galvanized pipe he gave me a quote to replace everything of $6900.00 because he is goin got have to hire 6 workers to pull this pipe. I was trying to work with my insurance company and the rep was like, “Hey can you pay me now, I gotta get out of here!” I’m glad I understood what he was talking about when he was explaining what he had to do to get the pipe up because I purchased a $100 electric winch and cut some timbers and pulled all the pipe out by myself and replaced the pump with a new pump and replaced the galvanized pipe with black plastic well pipe. Problem solved and total spent from tolers plumbing supply (I gave 5 stars) was $501. Thanks the only thing you got from me was a free $130 for driving to my home and trying to swindle me out of almost 7k. I know your a business but your price was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over price. I gave him 2 stars because he did show up in a timely manner.

  You left two stars because nobody pays attantion to one star reviews. Your clearly an unhappy little man who thought you were clever enough to talk my tech into coming back and helping you off the clock, and got your feelings hurt fo the effort, thats stealing and you know it, as bad a person as you want to think Joe is at least he's not a thief.

  Well pump went out over the weekend. Figured we wouldn't be able to get anyone out until Monday at the soonest, but Scott's Plumbing sent someone out within an hour or so after we called. They were able to replace our well pump the same day for a decent price. We were pleased with their efficiency, politeness, and professionalism. Would definitely recommend this company!
