  Finally a good plumber. I was able to get a hold of the receptionist (Kendall) who was very knowledgeable. They (Jeff and Gabe) showed up within 24 hrs of calling. They even courtesy called to say they were running about 45 minutes late. They listened to what I thought the issue was with the toilet and they were able to level the toilet, put a new wax seal in, and tighten it down. They didn't leave a mess, explained the 90 day warranty, and were courteous throughout the job.

  Came out quickly after a storm and were able to find the leaking pipe (behind the fridge in the wall) and fixed it most expeditiously. Very knowledgeable, professional, cleaned up afterwards and helped move the fridge back in its spot. Price was fair and will definitely call them back should the need arise.

  I called them because they had so many good reviews. I purchased an older home and wanted them to inspect the plumbing prior to moving in to the house. They said it would be $150 to inspect the plumbing. The tech arrived on time. That was good. He asked what I needed. I told him that I needed the plumbing inspected. I was not getting any hot water and one of the faucets was not working in one vanity sink. He took one 10 second look at the water heater and said "it's old" (8 years) and needed to be replaced. My current house has 2 - twenty y.o. w/h that work fine. No test other than look at the label on the side of the tank. Then when I asked about the sink, he reached under and said the "valve was on... must be something wrong with it". Then when I asked about things like "are you going to even look under the house? He was very disinterested and appeared to not want to do it. No inspection of drain lines. I went back later and checked the remainder of the faucets. Tub wasn't working. He didn't even bother to turn it on or any other faucets, or even flush a toilet. 10 minutes of Scott's plumbing's time on-site and $150 out of my pocket. What a waste! I would have expected more. I would not recommend them for this type of service.

  The inspection for your plumbing concerns on your newly purchased five points home was done as requested. We have an estimate that we supplied to you after spending a little over an hour looking at all your concerns. I know it must have been confusing as it was noted that you had three other service vendors there and you expressly mentioned you wanted to know what was wrong so you could fix them yourself. I know our technican was under your crawlspace along with the pest control vendor you had there as we have photos of your crawlspace. It's unfortunate you felt that you were overcharged, but its quite possible you may have buyers remorse over the property with such a large list of items to correct. I have reached out to you and you have refused to take our call, but we would be happy to come back and reassess your home's issues or even re-send you your estimate we provided at the inital visit.
