  Waited a month for them to fix a water heater and had to go get the part because they cannot properly run a business.Nobody should have to wait that long, especially a disabled person..

  They responded to me on a Sunday. Worker was here Monday and was very respectful and knowledgeable.

  I called on Wednesday Due to needing our toilet changed. They said it would be Friday. I called today Friday to see when they would be by. They said 3 pm. It got to be 3:20 and I called them to see when they would be here they said they would not come since they were short staff. Nice
