      Schultheis provided a professional service that was well below industry standard pricing. I was dumbfounded when a representative came to my home from another company and priced the unit almost 3 times as much as the Schultheis solution which was installed. The representatives were professional courteous and extremely efficient which made the entire experience a very comfortable transaction. I would recommend Schultheis to anyone for the quality and workmanship provided.

      Schultheis Bros is amazing! I had purchased a building for my bakery and once June hit it started getting HOT with the ovens on. The regular AC was not cutting it. They came in and installed a Mitsubishi unit, and I could not have been more grateful. When it was getting installed the men were fast, professional, and didn't leave any kind of mess behind. It's been almost 2 years since I've had it, and there have been zero issues. It also has heating when we need a little extra warmth in the bakery during the cold months! Would highly recommend!!!

      1-Star Initial Review: 2 full weeks without heat in winter. First, they failed to order the part. Then, when scheduled to finally install the part, they said they had the wrong one. The right part was finally installed a full two weeks later and it was time to pay the bill. I introduced my request to have the bill reduced due to the double delays. A manager, entirely void of empathy, pleaded her own case for how hard she had to work to get the part. Wow. As if the customer is supposed to fall at a company's feet for doing their job. Then the thinly veiled threat came as she told me she would talk to the owners to see if they wanted to handle this through the magistrate if I insisted that a reduction in price was in order. Then the snide call back to after she consulted the owner went something like this: "We'd be happy to come back and remove the part," she said with a lilting, peppy tone. Astonishing. Never one legit apology or ounce of empathy for a person being without heat for a full two weeks in winter. Instead, it felt an awful lot like sophomoric bullying followed by gleeful gloating in the power they hold over customers. Upgraded to 3-Star Review: When I called back following the 'remove the part' voicemail, I was transferred to the offending manager again. I requested an invoice be sent and that it included details about the service. Not just that they replaced a part to fix what wasn't working, but that it include the many details of the other aspects of the service that the manager was so keen to offer verbally. I was then transferred to the owner. He listened to what I had to say, remaining calm and neutral throughout. He had already seen the review above. And he asked what he could do to make it right. I was honest in that I wasn't looking for anything in particular. Just a gesture to represent the fact that there was no heat for two weeks. And now, that I believe I had been treated poorly. He made an offer. I immediately accepted. And I have paid the invoice. I appreciate the reasonableness shown by the owner and upgraded the review to reflect how his actions brought up the average.
