  My house is in Lewiston, Ca. I called every plumber I could find listed on the internet for Weaverville/Lewiston and personally recommended by others. 9 phone calls out and not one call answered or returned. Ever. I started calling into Redding. One place said they did not go into Trinity County, but gave me a couple of names and numbers of company's that she had heard that serviced my area. I called Schuler Plumbing. THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE. The gentleman on the other side took my information and said he would have a plumber call me. 20 minutes later Justin Neff called. He came by and frankly I was very worried the scope of the job would scare him off. It did not. 60 year old galvanized and cast iron pipes that were identifying as swiss cheese and a couple of hundred of gallons of standing water...for goodness knows how long.. Justin drained the water out, replaced every exit pipe on the house, 2 bathrooms, sinks/shower/tubs and toilets, laundry room and kitchen and sewer line. Everything is flowing to where it should be!!!! Can't thank them enough for the work, the kindness and Justin's sense of humor. Thank you !

  Truly professional work by nice people. Problems solved, not covered over, disguised, postponed et cetera. They know their business and they do things right. Think about this: who do you want to let into your HOME? Corner cutters? Drunks? I've had both in the past and that's why I'm HAPPY to call Schuler when something UNhappy happens with our plumbing. They have my HIGHEST recommendation. DOUG out

  (cross posted from Yelp) They were selected by my home warranty company. The work they did was good. However Marty (the owner) said he would put in a bleeder valve for my recirculating pump while replacing it. When I got home there was no valve. He apparently left a message or a text for his technician who did not get it. Marty did not bother to confirm the message was received. When I spoke to him the next day he told me he would come back to install it for $225. This is the valve he was going to install as part of the pump replacement in the first place. Like I said the work he did was fine. However his managerial and customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. Had he had a system in place whereby the techs confirm messages received, he would have know the message did not go through. He could have called my house to speak to the tech. That way I would be a completely happy 5 star customer. Now I am not.
