  I called on a Friday morning and Josh was there in 10 minutes. I actually didn't need the septic pumped and Josh spent 30 minutes walking me through how my septic works, why the alarm went off and how to avoid having it happen again. He was very nice, professional and super helpful. Then said I didn't owe him anything since he didn't need to pump the tank. Best customer service I have had in years!!!!!
