  So happy I was able to have same-day maintenance done with no extra charge. Service technician (Ian) was professional and very knowledgeable. He let me watch and explained the work to me in a way I could understand. He did not try to sell me any additional products or services and was very polite. Perfect! Thanks, I will definitely use Schneller-Knochelmann in the future.

  Schneller and Knochelmann have serviced and installed for us for many yrs. Have always experienced professional work and employees. Fast ,friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Will explain as they service. Reasonable prices and honest. If you have any doubts about other companies honesty, or knowledge, my advice would be to try out this company.

  Logan was clean, quick, professional,and very friendly. He checked out our furnace and gave us the options available to us. He set up an appointment for the customer service people to check out what we need. Very pleasant experience. Zack was the same. He found what we needed and set up an appointment for installation. David, Cooper and Blake were great. They were professional and very friendly. They showed up with a positive attitude and explained what they were doing and then did it. They were clean and quick about doing the installation. Before they left they made sure our questions were answered as well as where to find future answers. Over all,they made the experience as pleasant as could be. Chris was very friendly but was unable to fix the heat pump. He did make sure I was contacted by the office and they called.
