My furnace quit working at 10:30 p.m. on a Saturday and we couldn't find anyone to come and look at it in New Castle. We called you and you sent a tech to our house to fix our furnace. He was very professional and knowledgeable and had the furnace up and running within 20 minutes. I am so happy I called you guys and we were so pleased with your service we bought the maintainence program for the furnace and ac. I will definitely recommend you guys to our family and friends.

I started using Schneider One Hour almost 8 years now and they have ALWAYS provided exceptional customer support and timely service.
They truly hold up to their commitment as well- Always on time or you don’t pay a time.
Over the eight years not once have I ever had any issues. They have a great program to maintain your Furnace and AC with PRE-maintenance checks that will save you thousands!
I also want to give a special thank you and recognition to the most recent HVAC Tech Robert Gahagan who provided Furnace check for this season. This gentleman did not just light the pilot and run out. Thank goodness he didn’t- the pilot didn’t stay lite for long. He began to access the issue and ensured prior to completing the job, my furnace not only maintained working, it actually worked better than it had prior.

The company was responsive to my needs and were helpful in getting me quick service.  They were able to make it the same day I called. The service rep that came to the house was knowledgeable and friendly.  Explained everything as it was being done. It was able to know what the issue was just with me telling him what happened with the   thermostat. The company was great in calling me to let me know what time he would be arriving.  Service like this is hard to get these day!.  I highly recommend this great company and the employees.
