  I called in to get a 3rd opinion on a sewer line that had one local plumbing company claim the line needed a total repair while another local plumbing company used by the seller, claiming the line is perfectly fine. This house is located in Milledgeville. I was informed there was travel time included. I mentioned the price Sauk Valley Plumbing charged for the scope and she responded "oh, we are already over that". I asked about the option to get a professional opinion on the two scopes i have had done. She stated we aren't going to do it for free. I stated no where in our conversation did anyone say anything about free. She then said they won't do it because they don't like when others do that to them...... So she decided they wont assist me with this sewer issue and give a professional opinion on the scopes because they don't like when other companies criticize their work. WHO ARE YOU WORKING FOR?
