  My well pump was acting up, called early morning and came within a couple of hours, pulled the pump, 25 years old, needed a new one. They changed out the wires and pressure switch, reset the pump and ran it for awhile to clear the water. Done in 3 hours. Very efficient and ready for 25 more. Thanks guys!

  Workmanship seemed to be OK, but Way More Expensive than Quoted over the phone. It started with the phone call for the appointment, the person answering the phone wasn't the best person to talk to. It seemed to be an uphill battle the whole conversation. I requested an appointment, then she is asking how long I have owned that house, like I shouldn't be calling her. I was thinking was it really any of her business, but she didn't explain why she asked. She seemed to just be kinda rude and have a condescending attitude the whole conversation. Especially when I mentioned, it isn't an emergency, so if the repair people need to take an emergency before mine and change the appointment, it wasn't a big deal to me, that I understand with the changing weather. She gave an odd response, and I thought I was being nice. When I asked for a specific price on their services, she conveniently forgot to explain WHEN that charges start. Also, the area they would be working was very small and I specifically stated only send one person. She said ok, but of course 2 show up. So that did not start the service out on the best foot either and continued through the service and unexpected expensive bill. Double the expected price (hourly charge for each person) and almost double the expected charges that start when they leave their door step, not when they get to my door step. If it had been disclosed on the phone, I would have known. Not the best surprise, but they were on time. If it is their policy that 2 people have to come out, that's fine, Disclose It! Found out from 1 of the people taking care of the service that they have problems with renters calling and do not have the permission from the owners to work on the house. The one doing most of the technical work seem to be just as condescending and rude as she was on the phone, but seemed to do a good job. Or maybe he was that way because everything was all ready for them to work on and they had planned on a way longer service call, but then she was told on the phone that it would be all ready for them to work. Just an Odd Experience.

  Zero star. We have been going to them for our plumbing and heating services. They serviced our AC and was told freon needs replaced and that there is a leak on the coil, they dyed and came back we needed a new one, but have to replace the whole system. We decided to shop around. We did not get a bill in the mail, got a voicemail from them yesterday, so we called today and was told that we were not charged the full labor cost but just freon and coil cleaning service but the past due bill was $692. Goodness, we will never use them for anything else. We normally do not give out bad reviews but we feel like it is so unfair and was shady. The technician was very nice though and not his fault. We do not recommend them because they do not practice transparency. Thanks for the bill, we will pay it and move on.
