  Called and said the electronic valve was broken on one zone of my heater. They came out and replaced the working pump and ignored the valve. Not happy with their response when I called for an explanation. I called a competitor out and they found the problem right away.

  Schark never disappoints! After having a local major competitor install our HE furnace and AC in early 2017, we went with Schark mid 2017 after major issues with the previous company. They found issues with our newly installed AC in 2018 that were denied by the installer. And today they came out because of a “humming” noise that we kept hearing. Come to find out, it was the new return vents that we installed after having our floors redone. A less reputable company would have tried to sell us repairs that were not needed (which happened before by a local major competitor). I highly recommend Schark! Having used them since 2017 we will continue to do so.
