  We just moved into our home and after hooking up the washer discovered the washer on/off valves were leaking when turned on. I called a few different places and SATX was the first to call me back. Romeo actually called me back within 10 minutes of me leaving them a voicemail. Romeo arrived the next day at the time he told me he would be there. SATX also provides a free estimate before they even begin their work. The repair was completed that afternoon and our washer is up and running. I will use this company again.

  Romeo was very personable, prompt, knowledgeable, and confident and replaced a leaking 2nd floor toilet on a Saturday before it did extensive damage to the ceiling and walls below. Great service!
