  Mainline waste woes are the stuff nightmares are made of. Mel makes them go away and does it with assurance and good nature. I can't say enough about how much it's worth to me to have Mel respond in snap time, arrive one hour later on the dot, hang with it to get my mainline sewer cleaned out in both directions from the clean out in the backyard, then clean up and leave with zero evidence of his passing except our free flowing mainline drain. He has a terrific attitude, and his helper, Brandon was very polite and professional Mel is definitely the man. Couldn't ask for better service. A very satisfied customer.....duh!

  Mel was amazing. Had to run and shut off our water main. Corroded parts under our bathroom sink were spraying everywhere. After calling several plumbers with nothing available, I received a call back from Mel pretty quickly. He was at our house within a couple hours and had everything fixed/replaced within an hour of that. Mel was a lifesaver. I will be calling him again when we need other work done or if any other plumbing emergencies arise. Highly recommended. Thank you, Mel!

  I've used Sartain a couple of times in the past with satisfactory results. Not this time. My dad had a pressurized landscape line that was leaking. I texted Mel, and he said he would be there at 2 pm the next day. 2 pm came and went. I texted and called, no answer. Next morning texted, no answer. So I ended up making 2 trips to Home Depot and fixing myself. I understand why a plumber might be late, or even decide he doesn't want to do a job. But take the 30 seconds to let the customer know. And his website talks about how he values customers more than other plumbers. What a joke. Use only if you want to roll the dice on him showing up or answering his phone.
