  I had a good experience with Sapphire last year. Unfortunately, when I contacted them regarding the same problem that happened 6 months after repair, they stopped responding to my voicemails or messages. Update: The work was started per management company request and continued as an individual owner order. They should still respond to multiple messages from someone who had business with them before
