  In the process of purchasing our first home, Mike was my go-to for the new septic installation. The seller was VERY difficult to deal with, but he made it happen within the time frame needed. He went above and beyond to file all the paperwork, perform inspections, clear away debris, and installing the correct system for the house. We have lived here a couple of weeks now with no issues. Ive even texted him with a couple questions and he responds quickly. He is an honest hard working guy that runs a top notch company. Thanks for everything!!

  Mike Santibanez has helped my family immensely. He is such an honest man with a high degree of integrity that you will love working with him. He and his guys have helped maintain our property and fix things around our place. He's fixed our water pump, cleared land, helped wrangle some donkeys for sale. All told, we would not have such a great place without him. He's a great guy and a great business owner.

  Great contractor and good guy all around. He built a new 7,200 sq. ft. facility for us in 2014 and walked us through the whole process, making sure that everything was exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond, doing a lot of unexpected extras as well. We hired him for a second residence last year. We are incredibly happy with everything he has done for us. You can't go wrong hiring Mike.
