  We were really good customers. This time they installed a faucet. We had a problem with it and called FOUR times for help. (We are seniors.) We never could get a real person (during office hours). Left voicemail each time. They never called back. Had to have another company help us. They were fast at billing us though!

  NO ONE EVER CALLED. NO ONE EVER CAME. Don't bother calling these people for after hours electrical work. I arrived home after a trip on a Saturday afternoon to find the circuit breaker that controls my A/C, furnace, pool heater, and other things. had been tripped. When I tried to reset, it would just trip again. I called them and they said someone would call me back. An hour later I called again and they said they would resend the message. 3 days later and I still have not received that call.

  I had an issue with my water heater. Crystal, of Sanibel Plumbing, did a fantastic job of handling the warranty on the old one, installation of a new one, and all related details. The technician, C.J., was a very personable expert who did a great job Everything was done on time and the day I called...awesome service! Thank you.
