  I used Sandri Plumbing for a bathroom renovation project last year. It was an awful experience in a multitude of ways. I have never written a negative review for a company, but I feel I should warn others. In my experience, this company is disorganized, unprofessional, and unwilling to own and make up for mistakes made by their employees. The project has been complete for almost a year, and it still makes my head hurt thinking about it. I am now involved in another plumbing renovation project for a rental property with MJ Moran, which is going wonderfully. MJ Moran has been nothing short of a class act - I highly recommend them. Responding to your response: I am not mistaken. The project was most certainly Sandri. The name on the project is under contractor Nickerson. This is what I mean by disorganized.

  I had a bad clog in my kitchen sink. I tried everything and could not get it out, but one of the guys from Sandri Plumbing came and took care of it in only a few minutes. Thank you so much for your help!

  Called looking for information and lady was rude. They bought out another company and said warranties and what not do not exist. No compassion for people.

  Its never pleasant to get verbally abused while trying to help a customer......Melissa its unfortunate that another company installed a toilet that you provided and were looking for warranty, its unlikely any company will honor a labor warranty after 5 years.
