  Awesome job with our leaking water heater replacement! Very trustworthy and they treated my house like it was their own! Install was fast with quality replacement unit at a fair price! Good work done by good people!!

  Left a message and sent a text on a Sunday for a major plumbing emergency and my call was never returned. When your Facebook page states call us anytime kind of misleading when 3 days later I still haven't gotten a return phone call UPDATE* not only did they reply almost immediately to this review, they STILL didn't return my call nor texts. It wasn't until AFTER they felt the need to reply here to explain their non-communication, I texted them again & told them if they would have just let me know to move onto the next plumber by being transparent and honest I wouldn't have even posted the review, but it seems they are more interested about replying to a negative review on Google than ACTUALLY replying to potential customers... That's ok...we went to Harbor Freight and bought the same tool they would have charged us $300 to use, and cleaned up and sanitized ourselves, & we saved having to pay someone disinterested in customers emergencies 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ #sorrynotsorry P.s. Scott Terry called me back IMMEDIATELY....go to him instead.

  Sorry. I have broken my wrist in February and I’m having a hard time getting it back going. I’m trying to get to everything I can. Tuesday I had a injection in my shoulder trying to get a frozen shoulder broke free as well. I can only do so much!! UPDATE!! SO Glad I didn’t work for you!!!
