  Remodel was completed on time, exactly as estimated and work areas were cleaned daily. All subcontractors were very respectful of us and our home. We were very pleased and have recommended them to others. We had a bath remodel, a full kitchen remodel with custom cabinets, a shed removal and rebuild and a deck replaced with a new larger deck.

  Sanchez Building & Construction came out the very next day after I called them to replace my over-range microwave oven and repair my bedroom ceiling due to water damage. The workers were courteous and knowledgeable and did a beautiful job on my bedroom ceiling, replacing the damaged drywall and painting the whole ceiling. The ceiling looks like new! I would definitely use Sanchez Building & Construction for any future repairs or appliance installation!

  I contacted Sanchez to request minor cabinetry repairs for our Office suite. Cesar responded promptly and made the repairs within the hour, sending pictures to make sure of our satisfaction with the work. He was courteous and professional. We will definitely contact them again when needed.
