  I had an issue with my water heater. Left them a voicemail. The owner called me back within 1 hour and explained to me all my options. I explained to him all the different steps that I took to troubleshoot my water heater. He sent me one of his worker to check and confirmEd my findings. I just need to replace one part. He was honest and did lie or even push me to purchase a brand new water heater. Nowadays it is pretty rare to find an honest person. If you have any issue give them a call

  My mini split system went down after about a year of service. John came out and diagnosed the problem. The repair team he sent was highly professional and informative. The system was up and operating perfectly in just a couple of hours. Thanks John and your team!

  I called San Diego Plumbing, Heating & Air in Santee Ca for an air conditioning issue. I was given a diagnosis that afternoon. It was clear that the condenser had to be replaced. I was given an estimate, and in 3 hours (same day), I have a new condenser, in place and working perfectly. This is the second time I have used their services this year. Both jobs were 5 star. I hope they can serve you as well as they did us.
