Called and was able to get same day service, very kind and used the correct parts, did not take short-cuts and made sure the installation was done correctly.  I would/will use this company again and would encourage others to do the same.

Installed a water heater on the weekend in the past and had no problems.  Fast and efficient service.  Came today at the drop of a hat to fix an emergency valve problem so my washer could be installed.  I recommend them highly for prompt and fantastic service.

It took a full day to install a water heater- the plumber had no parts and did not understand hot water heat. The plumber had to leave several times for parts. I still do not have very hot water. This was a mistake

Usually when first installing a new water heater there is no issue post-installation, but in rare occasions the pilot light may go out or the temperature may be lower than desired. This often only requires re-ignition of the pilot or an adjustment of the temperature without further problems. Though our employees typically complete work in a timely manner, occasionally certain factors beyond our control make that difficult to accomplish. Removal of the old water heater requires that we first drain it completely, and without a proper floor drain or any other waste water drainage close by, our employee needed to take extra time to dump the water outside the house. As there were several house cats in your home, extra care had to be taken not to allow them outside during this process. Additionally, other unforeseen issues such as difference in vent size, a broken water valve and difference in height for the gas connection required another trip to obtain additional parts at no additional cost to you. However, due to the distance of your home from the main city, travel between locations did take more time than is typical.
