  Could not get my heater to turn on for the first time this season. Called Sam's heating and air and they was at my door within the hour. After taking some time to verify their thoughts, they determined it was the security company's thermostat creating the problems. The tech was great and got me on the right path with a new thermostat. after installing the thermostat, everything worked great. Customer service was great and individual professionalism was the best i have seen in awhile in this town. I would recommend them for services to anyone that asks, thank you.

  This business was asked to install brand new unit provided by them,there is no truth in Sam's reply. None responsive,not interested in new customers.

  Sam's does not install parts or equipment that were not purchased from SAM'S HVAC.If you purchase equipment from the internet then go ahead and purchase to Tools to install it yourself
