  We had a water heater break and flood our basement on a late Sunday afternoon. Steve responded right away by phone to our situation and had a new like water heater to us by Monday at 830am. His techs were very personable, informative, and provided timely quality service. Thank you!

  I've had Steve do a couple of jobs for me. Boiler tune up the first time and he was there when he said he would be there and the price was reasonable. Second time I had him extend the gas line to a new fire place insert. He showed up with permit in hand and started immediately. I have recommended Steve to neighbors and all have had great things to say.

  Don't bother. Not worth the time. Came out to look over the property for a new bathroom install. Said he would write up a quote and get back to me. That was over 3 weeks ago. Hasn't returned multiple calls and texts since. If he isn't reliable enough to provide a simple estimate I wouldn't trust his reliability on the install anyway.
