  Afew years ago I had mu well pump quit My house and livestock waters all connected. They come out right away and got the livestock watered. Lats month We had the pump go crazy and over pressured the whole system. We had lines burst connections push apart and the automatic wateres overrun the floats. so we turned the off S&S deemed there was no emergency It was going to bww al least a week before the would come out. WE HAD TO GET WATER TO THE LIVESTOCK. We begged borrowed and stole from friends to help and we got it restored, then forgot to call S&S Now they want a service callout. NOT COOL

  Jim and Tim(and crew) are timely, extremely effective and reasonable in pricing. They came as soon as they could to fix my A/C that the previous installer failed to take the time to do the job right the first time. They take the time to thoroughly explain what is needed and why. They'll continue to get my business in the future.

  I had the worst customer service. They were rude, snide and refused to help me. I had to call a REAL plumber to come and fix the problem. They told me it was my fault I had no water, that thetoipes wouldwthaw whenever. DidDabsolutely nothing forfme. I will NEVER call this company again for anything. Such Jackwagons. 2 days without water in negative temps.
