S & S was very responsive, I actually sent an email the night before and they called me before I could reach out to them.  Jesse arrived on time and remembered to call ahead which was great so I could put the dog out.  he analyzed the problem and was able to replace the module in minimal time and returning everything to its place.

SAVED US TWICE!!! THANK YOU S&S!! Unfortunately for us, we had 2 different outdoor pipes burst within two months of each other. LUCKILY, we found S&S! They were very prompt and sympathetic to our urgency. From Stacy at the office to Jesse who came out to the house both times were professional, honest and quite helpful. We also found them to be reasonably priced. I strongly recommend this company.

I have some rental properties and generally do my own work. In this case I needed help to remove and replace the bath faucet because the old one was clogged with mineral deposits that made it unusable  and I was in a hurry to get the job done.

S&S Plumbing was great.  They charged no service fee and a fair hourly rate (which was significanly less than other plumbers; I called about 7-8) plus parts. I was very pleased.  S&S has earned a top spot on my list of plumbers to call first the next time I need plumbing service.

I called about 12:30 pm and immediately received great service.  I was greeted with a happy voice I missed her name and neglected to ask for it at the end of the conversation.  I explained my problem and when I have my home address she was confident that I could receive same-day service depending on their tech Jesse's schedule and if he didn't hit any snags. If not, I was first the next day.  We had a little more small talk and the call ended.  AN HOUR LATER y'all Jesse called saying he'd be at my place in about 20minutes.
Jesse was professional and quick.  He looked at my sink gave me his diagnosis and fixed the sink. Badda-boom Badda-bing! I had a plumbing issue several months ago and called "one of the other guys" my mistake was not calling S&S, I won't make that mistake again.  Fast, friendly, and professional. Thanks for great service.
