    Steven came out to unclog our toilet that was obstructed by a child’s toy. He was timely, professional, and efficient. He explained what he was doing and the cost before doing it. Price was reasonable and we would use their service again if needed.

    He fixed the leak outside from the street, then he told us that we had two leaks inside. He replaced the water heater which was fine, but he did not bring the old water heater out of the house. He told us that our water pressure was too high, and “fixed” that. Now we hardly have any water pressure whatsoever, which we cuss about every time we turn on the water. We keep asking him for a receipt for the work done, but he will not give us one. My husband said that he overcharged his credit card 1,000.00, over what he quoted us. We keep asking for an itemized receipt, but he will not send it.

    I’m sorry you still feel like you were wronged. You wanted your waterline from the meter to the house replaced so we replaced it. While connecting new line in crawl space We found several leaks. The leaks were above the heater causing the outer shell to horribly rust. We offered to replace heater while performing other task at a discounted rate and you agreed. We checked your water pressure and found it to be 125psi+ so we insisted the pressure regulator be replaced so the warranty on other work wouldn’t be void. We asked several times over the course of 2 or 3 days if you were happy with the water pressure and every time you said it was great. The water heater could not be removed bc of how it was previously installed and all the ductwork placed around it so you said it was ok to leave it with the graveyard of other heaters (2 I think) that were left there as well. Your invoice was sent 13 times and you would still complain and badmouth this company for no reason. Constantly made up lies and then you told on yourself by quoting what the invoice you were sent said. You received your invoice and still continued to lie and badmouth. I proved to you and the credit card company you were not overcharged. You wanted free work and that’s all it was. If there was a problem with the pressure we would’ve gladly fixed it but we were never given a chance. Please stop bad mouthing this company.
