  We needed work on a Saturday. Richard was able to schedule and appointment for that afternoon. repairman Josh Newton kept us posted on the time of his arrival. He actually came at the beginning of our slot. He was personable and thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He kept us updated on what he was finding and then when he finished the work he went over his process. The price I was charged was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. I would recommend both the company and Josh.

  Mr. Johnny was awesome. I didn’t have enough funds for the fix and rescheduled for Friday-payday. He told me if you are able to get the funds let me know. I had no idea that he was going to return the same day to repair the repair. I thought that I would of had to wait until Friday. Needless to say my air system was repaired the same day. Thank you M & S for Mr. Johnny. Tonight I will be able to sleep in my home comfortably!

  Called then on a Friday at 4 (said not an emergency in my message), they called me back Monday morning, set an appointment for Thursday (I was lucky beneficiary of a cancellation). They called about 15 min prior to arrival, showed up, did the project and professionally, reasonable price and cheerful. my plumber of choice. Will call again. No question about why they have been in business on Main St in Auburn for years. They have earned their good reputation.
