  We recently bought a home in South Yarmouth and discovered after closing that the heat wasn't coming out of the vents in the bedrooms. Being new to the area, we got separate recommendations from our realtor and our home inspector. Both of them recommended Rusty's, and they didn't disappoint. We had an appointment booked a few days out (it wasn't an emergency and that was our best availability). Our technician showed up on time, fixed the issue, and even helped install a smart thermostat that we had purchased in the meantime. Everyone we talked to was friendly, they communicated well and the pricing was reasonable and the invoice accurate. No issues here, we'll use them again when the need arises.

  Nothing but the best plumbing and heating company on cape hand down.. They answer there phones, come when scheduled, do what they say they would ( if not more ) and workers have great attitude! I was very impressed!

  I had Rusty’s do the Mitsubishi A/C multi ductless system ( a/c, heating, dehumidifier) installation in my renovated basement. It took 2 days, they were on time, very professional and informed me of what they were doing so I understood the process, they did all the electrical too. All this on 2 of hottest most humid days of the year. They cleaned up each day too. I can’t say enough how very impressed I was with the team ! They were so very dedicated and hard working. I am so pleased with the system it is even better than I could have even imagined. Nancy
